At Cosh Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly complement your space, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and document the reason for your return.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely repacked in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient time for the collection of your return items.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
